Payment Verification
After you have done the transfer on ATM or respective internet banking page, you will need to submit the topup request form on Jom Kotak's website. You will enter the transaction reference number which is given by your bank, exact amount, date & time for our finance team to verify.
Normally payment verification will be done within hours. To fasten the process, you are advised to set your i-banking "My Initial" as your Jom Kotak's user id and avoid whole number like 100, 200, use 100.02 or 200.01 instead.
